The Guantanamo Bay Detainees
Suspected terrorists are detained by US forces at a number of points around the world, including Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean and Bagram air force base near Kabul. However it is Camp Delta, the US prison in Guantanamo Bay, that has attracted the most media attention and international protest. What are your views?

Children Out Of Wedlock?
The number of children born out of wedlock in both the United States and the United Kingdom has steadily been increasing year on year. Such trends used to be associated with single parent families that suffered from low incomes and lived in deprived areas. Now though it appears that couples from all walks of life and social groups are deciding more and more to have children out of wedlock as a life style choice. Is there still a stigma attached to children born out of wedlock? Do you feel that it is detrimental to children when they learn that their parents are not married?

Religious Education In Schools - What Are Your Views?
The Institute for Public Policy Research, an independent British think tank, has proposed that schools should in future teach children the beliefs of Humanism, agnosticism and atheism alongside the major faiths such as Christianity, Islam and Buddhism. Would a better understanding of all the major religions help young people better understand a changing world or could it possibly lead to changing the whole fabric of society?

The Wit And Repartee Of Gordon Strachan
Gordon Strachan As a player he was voted Scottish Footballer of the Year in 1980 and in 1992 he won the English Footballer of the Year award becoming the only man to pick up the honour on both sides of the border. He won his first Scottish cap in 1980 against Northern Ireland, was a member of the World Cup squads in both 1982 and 1986, and won his 50th and final cap against Finland in 1992. After retiring from the pitch he moved into management. Claiming he wanted to take a break from football on February 13 it was announced that he was to part company with Southampton football club after two and a half years at the helm.
